Currently there are more than 500 on-site parking spaces available at no charge to serve the 270,000 Sq. Ft. Champagne Centre. The Centre itself is anticipated to draw in over 350,000 visitors a year at its current level of occupancy. And with the new transit infrastructure, the Dufferin-Finch neighbourhood will become a major transit hub with hundreds of thousands of people transiting through the area.
