Specializing in Psychotherapy for Psychological Trauma, Anxiety and Depression, Grief and Bereavement, and Borderline Personality Disorder

In my view, no single type of psychotherapy is comprehensive enough to address the complexities and predicaments of individual human existence. At different life stages, and facing different challenges, people may be best helped by different approaches to psychotherapy. My approach to therapy is eclectic and I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches such as Dialectical-Behavioural (DBT), Cognitive-Behavioural (CBT), Emotion-Focused (EFT), Narrative, Relational-Process-Experiential (RPE) and Family Systems approaches.

I am not a passive listener and my style is active, transparent and interactional. I primarily work in the ‘here and now’ and often promote action-oriented interventions. I will actively work towards establishing and achieving concrete goals and finding ways to improve your quality of life and increase resilience.

I can help you with:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Loss, bereavement, and grief
